If you’ve spent any time around here, then you know this real estate blog is in its infancy. Blogs, I’m learning, are a build-as-you-go endeavor: they’re always growing, never finished, acquiring new and useful information pretty much daily. That’s the whole idea of a blog, to stay fresh, timely, relevant.
That said, until we spell this out in a somewhat different, less rambling format, here are the nuts and bolts of who we - The Moss Haedrich Team - are.
The Moss Haedrich Team consists of myself, Ken Haedrich, and my wife, Bev Moss Haedrich. Our broker is Keller Williams Select Realtors of Annapolis, Maryland. And we are bonafide members of the National Association of Realtors.
We’re a team of real estate specialists who work with sellers and buyers in the greater Annapolis area, including - but certainly not limited to - Crownsville, Davidsonville, Edgewater, Gambrills, Crofton, Severna Park, Arnold, Glen Burnie, Riva and others. Annnapolis, of course.
We have two great Buyer Specialists on our team: Kathy Foy and Carol Ward. Their job is to help buyers identify their needs, choose suitable neighborhoods, preview and show properties, advise on price, write offers and negotiate. We also have an administrative assistant, Nikki Meadows, and she does pretty much everything the rest of us don’t want to do.
Bev and I work with buyers, sometimes, but we have other specialty areas that keep us very busy: I handle all of the advertising and marketing for our listings, and write this blog. Bev is our contracts specialist, listing specialist and overall team manager. By way of a disclaimer, almost everything expressed on this blog is the opinion of myself, and may or may not express the views of Bev, or our other team members, and if they don’t you can know that I will get an earful, with retractions and/or corrections likely forthcoming.

Here’s a temporary photo, taken at the Roedown horse races in Davidsonville two springs ago. Bev is the short pretty one. I’m the tall one to the left; better that my face is shaded, since I’m not nearly so pretty. To the right is our friend Dave Price, who throws the best Roedown tailgate party every year. And to the far right is one of Dave’s good friends. We look forward to hearing from you.
